Our services are available to individual consumers and business leaders. We serve customers in the European Union and globally. However, all legal matters are governed by the laws and regulations of the European Union and Slovenia.

4. Payment Methods and Terms

Payments can be made via:

  • Bank transfer to our official business account
  • PayPal

Refund Policy:

  • Digital Downloads: No refunds are provided for digital downloads as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
  • Coaching Programs: Refunds are available only for the portion of the program not yet delivered. For example, if a customer pays for an 8-week program and has already attended 4 weeks, only 50% of the total paid amount will be refunded. The refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, including any discounts.
  • Workshops and Events: Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled start.
  • Installment Plans: If a customer chooses to pay via installments, the full payment must be completed before the program, workshop, or course starts. Failure to complete the payment will result in denied access to the service. No refund will be issued for any partial payments already made. However, the customer may complete the payment and join the next available session or program.

    You may choose to pay for coaching or mentoring programs in monthly installments, equal to the number of months the program lasts. For example, if you enroll in an 8-week mentoring program (which runs over 2 months), you may divide the payment into two installments. In this case, the second installment must be paid before the second month of the program begins.

5. Delivery of Services

Our services are delivered through the following methods:

  • Online personal coaching sessions
  • Online courses and workshops
  • Downloadable digital materials
  • In-person live events and retreats (when applicable)

6. Cancellation Terms

  • Coaching and workshop services can be canceled up to 3 calendar days before the scheduled start date to receive a refund.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed for digital downloads or online courses once access has been granted.Customers acknowledge that by accessing digital content immediately, they waive their EU right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.– We shall NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.– OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE.– You acknowledge that your decisions and outcomes from coaching or content use are your responsibility.– We also reserve the right to impose fixed “Damages Fees” for late cancellations or no-shows, similar to industry practice.

8. Use of Content

All materials provided during coaching, workshops, or as part of digital products are the intellectual property of TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p. and are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.

10. Language of the Terms

These Terms of Business are available in English and Slovenian. In the event of discrepancies, the Slovenian version shall prevail.

Terms of Use

1. Website and Content

2. Account Requirements

Users currently do not need to create an account to access any part of the website.

3. Personal Data

We collect personal data including name, surname, email address, and WhatsApp phone number, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Age Restrictions

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors may access content only with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. User-Generated Content

Users are allowed to comment on blog and vlog posts. By posting comments, users agree to:

  • Refrain from posting harmful, illegal, or offensive content

  • Acknowledge that TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p. is not responsible for user comments

  • Allow the company to remove any inappropriate or irrelevant content at its sole discretion

Only authorized testimonials will be published on the website with prior consent of the author.

6. Free and Paid Content

Free content includes: podcasts, YouTube videos, blog posts, meditations, and webinars.
Paid content includes: workshops,, meditation programs, online courses, mentoring programs, and coaching programs.

7. Intellectual Property and Results Disclaimer

All website content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

While our programs are designed to support personal growth and transformation, TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p. makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results. Achievements depend on the customer’s commitment, effort, and readiness to engage with the process.

8. User Behavior Rules

We promote a respectful and supportive environment. Users are expected to:

  • Respect others’ journeys and differences

  • Encourage and uplift fellow participants

  • Avoid judgment, dominance, or competitive behavior

  • Maintain integrity and take responsibility for their own progress

We reserve the right to cancel cooperation with any customer who consistently fails to engage or act in alignment with the values of our programs.
