Customer Guidelines – TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p.

These guidelines apply to all clients, participants, and users of TEC, Monika Smrtnik, s.p. services, including coaching programs, workshops, courses, and online platforms.

These Costumers Guidelines are available only in English. If you do not fully understand the content, please contact us before proceeding. By continuing, you confirm your understanding and acceptance.

1. Respectful Communication

  • Treat other clients, staff, and community members with respect and kindness.

  • No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or judgmental behavior will be tolerated.

  • Everyone’s journey is unique — we support and uplift, not compete or criticize.

2. Commitment & Integrity

  • Transformation requires personal responsibility. Show up on time, be present, and follow through on your commitments.

  • We only work with individuals ready to take action and do the inner work required for change.

3. No Harmful Behavior

  • Any behavior that is abusive, aggressive, or violates the emotional safety of others will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

  • This includes bullying, dominating conversations, or attempting to control others.

  • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any participant from sessions, workshops, or programs if we believe they are under the influence or behaving inappropriately, without refund.

4. Confidentiality

  • What’s shared in group programs stays in the group. We respect each other’s privacy and stories.

5. Use of Content

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course materials without written permission.

  • Testimonials or feedback will only be used publicly with your consent.

6. Feedback & Communication

  • Constructive feedback is welcome. You can contact us directly at info@monikasmrtnik.si.

  • If you’re facing any issues during the program, communicate promptly — we’re here to support you.

7. Participation Rules

  • For live sessions or events: Be on time, participate fully, and minimize distractions.

  • For group settings: Stay open-minded and avoid dominating or interrupting others.
