About me

For years, I lived in a world where I was constantly giving—supporting others through energy work, massages, and healing practices. On the outside, I appeared calm and capable, but inside, I felt disconnected. I was helping others transform, yet I wasn’t fully connected to my own truth.

There were moments when I felt empty, stuck, and unsure of who I truly was beyond all the roles I played. That was the beginning of my real healing journey—not to become better at what I do, but to become more of who I truly am.

Through many ups and downs, I began to realize that true transformation doesn’t come from fixing ourselves—it comes from remembering who we were before we learned to hide. I had to face deep inner patterns: fear of being seen, fear of failure, and fear of outgrowing old versions of myself. I was a people-pleaser. I didn’t know how to truly live my own life. I was afraid of being myself—because deep down, I feared that if I became abundant, I would also get hurt. The fear of loss kept me stuck in the same old patterns. And I’ll admit it: choosing to live from my authentic self hasn’t been / isn’t an easy path. But it has been / is 100% worth it.

That’s when the Transformative Energy Circle (TEC) was created—not from a textbook, but from lived experience. I didn’t create TEC just to coach others—it was the exact process I used to reprogram my inner world. Each step—Acknowledgment, Acceptance, Releasing, Vitalizing, and Confirmation—guided me through emotional healing and helped me rebuild my inner foundation.

This journey didn’t just make me stronger. It made me truer. It allowed me to lead from alignment, know how to regulate my emotions, to build a business that reflects who I really am, and to hold space for others in a much deeper way. Today, I don’t teach transformation—I embody it. And I help others do the same.

My nature:

At heart, I’m a curious learner, always inspired by books on personal growth, business strategy, energy healing—and especially by real-life stories of transformation and growth from others. I deeply value hearing how people overcome inner blocks and rise into their authentic power. Nature is my sanctuary, where I reconnect with myself, discover new perspectives, and find creative inspiration. One of my deepest dreams is to create a peaceful farm in the heart of nature—where I can connect even more deeply with the land, host transformational retreats, and care for a small family of rescued animals. My energy and enthusiasm are contagious, especially when it comes to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.

But I’ll be honest—my most challenging emotions have always been frustration and stubbornness, born from resistance. I had to learn how to regulate them, especially in difficult moments when life didn’t go as planned. That emotional work taught me how to meet myself with compassion and clarity, and it became one of the most empowering tools I now pass on to others.

My Business Journey – And Why I Chose to Close It Down

In 2015, I felt a strong inner call to attend a massage course. I couldn’t explain why, but something inside me knew it was the right path. Just six months later, I officially started my business journey—and for the first time, I felt like I had found what I was meant to do. I poured my heart into building something meaningful. I was full of passion and excitement, deeply committed to creating a powerful healing space.

But my first attempt didn’t go as planned. I burned out and found myself financially broken. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the truth was: my inner world wasn’t aligned with my outer vision. My beliefs about myself and what I deserved were limiting me, even though I couldn’t see it then. So, I made the hard decision to close my business and step away.

That’s when I went to work on the luxury cruise ship Silver Spirit. Before boarding, I trained at the Steiner Academy and learned so much about high-level wellness, luxury service, and sales. Working on the ship while traveling the world was one of the best times of my life. It reignited my dream, and I was determined that my massage center—later called Alternative Center Armoni—would one day become my life’s work.

Then came 2020. I was still on the ship in Asia when the global pandemic began. When I returned home, my vision hadn’t faded. In fact, I felt more determined than ever to rebuild my center. Even though something deep inside told me it wasn’t aligned anymore, I ignored my intuition. Why would I question it? I was great at my job—people loved my massages, energy healing sessions, and the other treatments I offered.

But slowly, something began to shift. The light I once had for this vision started to fade. What was once passion turned into survival mode. I burned out again. And that’s when it hit me: this journey had given me so much, but it was no longer meant to be my path.

Looking deeper, I realized I had built my business on the wrong foundations.

  1. I was trying to prove to myself—and especially to my mother—that I was capable.

  2. I was seeking love and approval by being the “good person” who helped everyone.

  3. I wanted to build wealth out of scarcity, driven by the fear of being left out or disappointed again.

So even though I loved my work for a long time, these were the deeper reasons I had entered the business in the first place. And they came at a cost. I struggled emotionally, financially, and physically.

But on the other hand—this journey gave me everything I needed. It gave me tools, experience, wisdom, and the start of my deepest inner healing. It brought amazing people into my life who are still part of my circle today.

Nothing was lost—only transformed. This chapter taught me more than any book could. I didn’t fail; I outgrew the version of myself that created it. And now, it’s time to build a business that reflects the new me—one that’s aligned, sustainable, and deeply true.

Thank you for reading. I see you on your own journey of transformation—and I’m honored to walk beside you.
